We are pleased to announce that the next GiESCO meeting will be held at Hochschule Geisenheim University from July 27th to 31st, 2025. This year’s motto "Above and Below – Towards the Future" addresses the potential of viticultural sciences in overcoming future challenges. A diverse array of high-quality keynote speakers and presentations will address current and future challenges in viticulture. In addition to the scientific program, a professional day will be organized to facilitate interaction with growers and identify future issues in grapevine cultivation.
A visit to wineries in the historic Rheingau region and surrounding viticultural areas will provide an interesting insight into local growing and production conditions and allow for networking with regional growers.
